I have recently been fooling around with a Blood Necro that has been working pretty well in both PvE and Random (15 Consecutive Wins first try!). I was just looking for some tips to touch it up to maximum strength

Awaken the Blood
Life Transfer
Life Siphon
Vampiric Gaze
Shadow Strike
Unholy Feast
Strip Enchantment
Restore Life

12+1+3 Blood
9+1 Soul Reaping

Not bad, a pretty standard blood build though. Not much degeneration and too big of a mix of direct damage/degen for me.

It's very...... Basic.

Now a' days, people are coming up with combos to use for their spells. I've got a build here for you that involves blood and smite. I use it for my Necro PvP and it works well in PvE as well.

16 Blood
12 Smite
4 Soul Reaping

Skills:
1.) Vampiric Gaze
2.) Dark Pact
3.) Well of Blood
4.) Rez Sig
5.) Bane Signet
6.) Banish
7.) Smite
8.) Purge Conditions

It works wonders in PvE. I used this build to travel with Henchies from Droks to Iron Mines and Granite. So you know it will work well in PvE, and in PvP it provides great support damage. And notice there isn't even an Elite. The build is good enough and nothing Elite can really help this build anyways. I tried Life Transfer but it doesn't have room to fit anywhere. Every spell in here is good and it's all spammable damage.
